Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Very interesting dvd. Vladimir shows different bodyweight exercises that promote strength and flexibility. He also explains how these exercises plays into self-defense. Just wish he packed in more material in this dvd.
