The Body Slam! Buddy Lifts and Body Weight Conditioning was created by Brandon Ruiz. Brandon is a Greco Roman Wrestling Pan-American Medalist and multiple time Greco Roman Wrestling All-American, he is also an accomplished Submission Wrestler and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu practitioner having competed in the ADCC North American Trials, Pancrase USA, Grapplers Quest, and the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu World Championships. His experiences have helped him to develop the exercises in the DVD into a system that can be used and adapted to help any combat sports athlete.
