Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming teaches the basic sequences and solo drills for Shaolin Saber training. Saber training develops the fundamental skills required for all other short weapons training, and it is traditionally the first short weapon learned in Chinese martial arts.

Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming demonstrates the solo and matching drills and instructs the first basic Saber sequence, Qi Xing Dao, with martial applications.

Partner drills and the Bagua Dao sequence are also demonstrated. Dr. Yang offers detailed instruction and corrections to every movement as students demonstrate, making it easy for the viewer to learn.

Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem.
