Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

This DVD us a good introduction to NLP (neuro linguistics programing) and how to apply them to staying safe on the streets. The concepts are easy to follow and interesting even if you are not going to persue it further. Overall the DVD gives you great advice on staying safe, everything from how to respond verbally ( or not respond ) and physically to a threat.

This dvd covers something many self defense oriented dvd's overlook...the psycholigical side of confrontation. Its a progressive step by step approach to avoiding conflict and responding to it,in a necessary manner. Realistic scenarios are presented to give a logical look at self preservation. A must have for anyone interested in their own safety, and well being.

theres some good info here but overall its crap. its yet another typical kevin secours vid where he takees simple self defense and over complicates it. making what should have been a 45 min dvd into a much longer dvd. i just dont like secours way of teaching his info is not bad but not really that grat eiher. this dvd is labled to be about the psychology of an attack, when its mostly not. its really just another self defense dvd with questionable techniques.

Really crap. Secours should avoid using words as "psychology" and "combat" as clearly he does not know the meaning of it. An amateurish attempt on dvd to get money out of who does not know him.
