Format: DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used.

Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual.

Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Other info: All region DVDRegion Codes are software locks installed on the DVD disc to prevent people from taking advantage of the differential release schedules of movies. Therefore some DVDs manufactured in Japan for example, will not play in DVD players sold in the United states and vice versa. Japan and England fall into what is known as Region 2 and the United States falls into Region 1. If the DVD is marked as "Region 0" or "Region Free", it will play on any player.

this is a supercool dvd that shows A LOT of amazing gaurd techniques. from preventing the pass to helicopter armbars and lots more! the only problem is that braulio speaks very softly into the camera so its kinda hard to know what he is saying. however this dvd fixed a lot of mistakes in my open guard. and also its not really for beginners.

This is my favorite guard DVD. Although it's all GI and most of it doesn't apply to NoGi it's still the best instructional outthere on the guard game...

This is a guard player's must have and the best BJJ Tapes DVD yet. This is a no punches pulled look at the Gracie Barra gi game. Well done.

I'd recommend this DVD to ANYONE looking to working on their guard. No stones are left unturned, and Braulio really focuses on getting his point across when teaching. This DVD has very little overlap with other guard DVDs on the market. Consider this as being one of the "Guard Bibles"

great dvd for the advanced student I would recommend this dvd for the grappler who has been promoted to at least a purple belt in bjj, great instrution each techique in detail easy to for an experinced grappler yet i would not recommend it for a novice grappler.
