I started using Defense Soap a couple weeks ago. I use it after every doing jiu-jitsu and I enjoy the peace of mind that it is protecting me from staph and ringworm. I haven't used the bar soap - just the gel.

This is amazing, sweaty people and bacteria soaked mats are no match for this Gel. Have not caught ringworm once since using this. This is factored in to my monthly buget.

I could not imagine training without the security of knowing I won't get anything infectious. This product does have a warning, not to use if you're epileptic or have high blood pressure. Otherwise, smells great and keeps you clean!
