I absolutely love this DVD. Though I am a Shotokan stylist, Sosai Mas Oyama has been my idol and inspiration since I was a kid. This DVD shows the man in action, working and sweating side by side with his students, a site to even further inspire those who see it. A truly magnificent documentary. The only down side is that it's a bit short in length but I think all those who are serious about karate, no matter what style, will love this DVD as I do.
