Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. A unique approach to the most basic choke in BJJ and detailed information about arguable the toughest submission to finish. Don't forget about the crucifix!

Do not over look this dvd! I did for about a year. Once I got it my go to position is the Omoplata. Every thing you need to know about the position. Plus, the Crucifix. A must buy!
