Very disappointed in this DVD! I was looking to expand my Dummy form and had to sit through literally a whole DVD stuffed with analytic filler! WHERE'S THE EXPANDED EIGHT MOVEMENTS? I actually fell asleep watching it the first two times it was so boring. I'd skip this one and hit the Randy Williams series.
