Hello everybody,

I ordered this set a couple of weeks ago and already integrated some of the presented material into the classes I teach so we can work on it.

Ledyard Sensei breaks down entries in detail from a variety of attacks. He focuses on proper mindset, meeting and accepting the attack, pivot points, weight shifts and the subtleties involved in all of these and more. He illustrates the principles he lines out in certain techniques, kihon waza as well as advanced.

I recommend this set to everybody who wants to get a very thorough look at the principles working in Aikido entries from a very open-minded teacher.
