One of the things that immediately set this DVD set apart is the stand up fighting. This isn't another "Muay Thai" based approach to stand up MMA training, these guys show what really works in the cage and how to modify your technique! Another fantastic variation is their ground game! These guys are on a whole different level that you have to see to understand! Highly recommended!!!!

Now if you seen any fight either one of these guys have been you'll know immediately that the techniques that are shown on this dvd are actually used very often by both shogun and ninja. All these dvds have provided not only a great addition to my stand up game as well as ground but techs that I now use very often. You cant go wrong with dvd. Treat yourself to this, trust me.
