Superb approach!!! Indredibly encouraging DVD, great production for its time. It's a pity it wasn't available to the public earlier as it should clearly have been. The last part, the "What's the score?" goodie is a little confusing though, but who cares? it still rocks!!! I highly recommend this DVD set.

disappointing, I was expecting more detailed explanation in how to brake grips or control your opponent. All it does is show a variety of grips for like ten seconds and move to the next one. I feel like returning it.
