Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Right from the get-go, you learn not just moves, but how to move in this guard. There are drills that show you this, and Tinguinha explains how to move the hips, etc. He shows a lot of detail throughout the whole DVD. Good Stuff.

great dvd, the spider guard is a great posoition for many advanced players. i enjoyed the sweeps and passes i have used many of the moves from this dvd. i would recommend it for guard players that are looking to branch out and start playing open guard more.

a very good dvd ten stars out of five...not only do you learn the basics you also learn advanced sweeps...the guard passes are good...and the pass counters are a really good bonus...if you want to build a good spider guard buy this dvd its the best one...it has helped my game out alot!!!

This DVD is the best. It has improved my open gaurd game enormously. It starts off with the basics then heads right into to the more technical side of submissions,sweeps, counters and counters to the counters. I highly recomend this DVD to anyone seasoned or beginning. I can't wait to check out his other DVDs!
