This DVD is good if you have little experience with bodyweight exercises.

Rhadi offers very little training information for the cost of the DVD.

I agree. Of course the exercises shown aren't bad. But there is not a lot of depth to the info here, not a lot of new info here and terrible production values. There are better choices for the money.
