Speakman has finally brought MMA to Kenpo!!! If only the other instructors would be so adaptive!!!

Rented this series to see if I actually wanted to buy it. It does integrate ground techniques into kenpo, but unless the timer on my DVD player is wrong, there is only 25 - 30 minutes of instruction on each DVD.
