This is one of the best instructional dvds ever. I couldn't believe how realistic the training sequences were.

They really need to get these Systema guys into the UFC where they can prove the power of Russian martial arts.

Just look at guys like Fedor who knock everyone out who dare to face him. A lot of the Russians have this punching power but only the Systema guys are showing the secrets behind the seemingly super natural punching techniques.

Get this DVD and see not only how to punch but how to take a punch. Watch Vladimir get punched over and over and be totally unphased! This is the same kind of "stone face" that Fedor has when he's fighting. These Russians are onto something and the Systema DVDs help to give a glimpse into the underlying principles of relaxed power and knockout power!!
