Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

This is probably the only RMAX set that really disappointed me. Don't get me wrong, the formula is great, but the "theory" portion is pretty much a repeat of the ad. You really don't learn "how it fits together", just that it does. There were some editing issues that really bugged me. Some parts should have been cut, or re-shot. Especially for $200. The DVD case was junky, as one DVD was always falling out of the holder, even if I opened the case gently. The information and program are seriously good stuff, but i'm sure it could have fit on 2 DVDs and cost WAY less.
