Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. for the price seemed very basic and the boxing portion was disappointing. My favorite of Mr. Sonnon's is his shock series and fisticuffs.

I think this is a very good seminar. There are a lot of really good "nuggets" of info. The level of skill among the seminar participants seemed a little low, and this may have affected the material presented, or how it was presented. Something to remember about RMAX productions is that there is a great carryover between all of their materials. Some of this set may be easier to understand if you are familiar with CST. I also think it makes it more enjoyable when you can see how it fits together with the entire CST system. I got my set pre-sale. 55 seems a little pricey to me, but if you like RMAX products, you'll like this. If you are unfamiliar with RMAX, I recommend getting aquainted.

This is a very good dvd if you are looking for a seminar that you become part of. Well filmed and well done...but, hey...everyone is a critic these days.

a good dvd. but for the price i think your better off going with another dvd for leg locks.
