Excellent presentation. The author really makes an attempt to teach the important points of each aspect of the MSR kata. He does not just demonstrate the form once or twice but breaks each form down with tips, training advice and common mistakes. Definit value for some one practicing this or any style of Iaido. Good chapter menues, background music and voice over make the DVD enjoyable to watch as well.
