This is an exellent book for both the novice and advanced Krav Maga student. It contains a lot of techniques that you will learn in class and it can serve as a refresher to those taking a break from class. Very well written. I look forward to the next few books on preorder.

This is a very nice self-defense book. I felt the organization by belt levels hurt it a bit, but overall it was easy to read and understand. Technique-wise, it covers a variety of basic to advanced movements, including both empty-hand and weapons defense.
