Format:	Book & NTSC DVDNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. A+++! This is a kick-ass package, if your living in a small town/issolated area etc, this book and DVD are the shit. I'm crossing training right now and found this material very informative, also if you think the japanese is a problem, its not. The pictures from the book and the DVD are so simply clear, words aren't needed. also, when I go to Japan this year I'm going to visit these guys for sure, A+!

Are you kidding? For $25 it doesn't matter where you live, the book / DVD combos from Airyodou are a great bargain. This MMA package reviews all the basics. You'll just need to get a training partner and experiment on your own if you don't have a true MMA gym nearby. I understand the Japanese, but with pictures and video you really don't need to. I love that they have a chapter titled, "Inoki vs. Ali" position.

This is hands down one of the best MMA instructionals available here at Budovideos. Don't let the Japanese language scare you off, the pictures are very clear under easily understandable with close ups of the finer points of each technique. A must buy for serious MMA athletes and fans alike. Wish the MMA books released state side would copy this books layout and precision.
