Very cool DVD! Dick Cardinal goes over a few simple, yet definitely usable submissions and tips that are easily incorporated into your grappling game. The West Point Ride was definitely eye-opening! It's great to see these holds demonstrated by a true catch-as-catch-can wrestler who can pass along the old-school knowledge!
