This DVD confused me a little bit. It's comprised mostly of analytical knowledge. There's no "follow along" or "instructional" segments. Yang merely talks about what this practice is, where it comes from, how it is practices and so forth. So I was a little disappointed. But, if you pay attention and take notes then you'll learn everything you need to know to start your Embryonic Breathing practice. And if you buy the companion book you're even better off. I've been practicing this method for a while now and I've never hit such deep levels of breath awareness and relaxation. It's worth a look!
