Jim Radcliffe is the head strength and conditioning coach at the University of Oregon. He has been involved in coaching since 1978 and is recognized as a top authority on plyometric exercise. He has written two books, numerous articles for the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Training and Conditioning magazine as well as for football, basketball, and volleyball coaching journals, and developed a video. Radcliffe is a sought-after clinician and has been speaking about plyometrics since 1982. He lives in Eugene, Oregon.

Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.
