I wear a A2, but the pants really shrunk and I cannot wear them anymore.Ended up giving the pants away

Very nice single weave, great price. Based on the sizining chart, I was worried the A4 I purchased would end up being too baggy. After just one wash & dry, it actually shrunk up to fit more snugly than my Atama or Machado without losing much length. Very pleasant suprise.

Awesome single-weave with subtle embroidery so you don't look like a Nascar vehicle.

I don't have much to compare to, but this is a very lightweight gi. It probably doesn't weigh more than a couple pounds. I'm about 6'2, 190 with a 34 waist and an athletic build. I went with the A4 so the pants wouldn't shrink up to be highwaters. I washed it cold and hung dry, and the shrinking was minimal. I will try to heat dry it and hope that the top shrinks a little because the sleeves are a little long for my liking, yet better than too short (for me anyways). But if you're my size and don't mind a little extra, this gi will fit. The A3 may have been better, but I don't know.

My first purchase with Budovideos...Im from the Philippines and am impressed with the excellent service. Got this gi in 3 days!!! What can I say? Perfect fit for me. Love the detail with the the gameness stripes..very comfortable top. Thick and soft pants. My new favorite.. I'll get a black one next :)

my favorite gi. its plain so you can do what you want with patches. fits a little bigger than my platinum weave after they both have been through the dryer. im 6'2" 185-190, A3 fits perfect, and will be ibjjf legal. after a little comparison, it is very similar to the koral.

I got the size larger expecting shrinkage, found that it did shrink at least a full size. After shrinkage, it fits extremely well. Have had it for about 2 or 3 months, and while the gi is holding up well, the patches are coming unravled. It's still fairly stiff. Overall I like the gi and it's performed well.

The best gi I own. My experience with other gi's is limited, but I own 3 Gameness gi's so far. I train a lot in the gi and do about 6 tournaments a year. Pound for pound the best gi I've come in contact with. Some of the guys I train with use other gi's, but they seem pretty wimpy compared to Gameness products.

the kimono is nice and light and strong, its seriously light... pretty much all gi pants are gonna shrink, but these pants shrank a LOT more than the others, so consider ordering the pants a size bigger (its worth the couple extra bucks). i do have to say though that this gi is nothing like the koral, its way lighter and the lapels are like a third as thick on the gameness pearl as they are on the koral

This gi is awesome. I seriously would never wear another gi now that I have this one. Its super light yet really strong at the same time. Its comparable to a Koral gi but a fraction of it's price. There was no shrinkage in this gi at all. Also, I have been training with this gi for over a year and there are limited-to-no signs of wear and tear. Great gi at a great price. Perfect for beginners and advanced jiu jitsu practicioners. I highly reccomend it.

I'm very happy with this gi. I'm 6' 200lbs and went with the A4; I had to shrink it a little but it fits great. I would definitely recommend it to others wanting a solid gi for a good price.

the gameness pearl a great piece of kit, when youu`ve been through a fair amount of gi`s it great to finally find a gi that tailors to a perfect fit and ticks the boxes of all is required of a gi.
The kimono is quite under stated with some nice decals giving it a similar look to a koral classic, a well tailored fit around the body and in bjj stlye a nice short skirt. The sleeve are just right in width, safely passing any comp regulations. The pants are bullet proof and are made of a good hard wearing material.I found the collar of average thickness(some people cant deal with nothing less than super thick) but if your bjj skils are up to parr why worry!

i just purchased this gi and it is excellent. I thought i was biased towards krugans until i tried gameness. The material is similar to a Keiko Rocca, but the difference seems to be the lapel is thicker, the sizing is accurate and the cut is excellent. Overall, it is a light gi with the durability of a double weave.

This gi is light, relatively soft, and comfortable. The cut is perhaps a little too baggy for me though. I am 5'9.5" and 165 lbs and ordered an A2. I have a lot of extra room in the top, especially around the gut, even after shrinking it. I worry though that if I continue to shrink it, the sleeves will be too short. I will probably dry it more and see what results. I also own a Koral classic, which I think is a better gi, despite its being more expensive. The Koral's cut suits me better, and there is very little shrinkage in the fabric. I am even able to run it through the dryer every time I wash it without fear that it will shrink. The fabric of the Koral is top quality. The collar of the Gameness is noticeably thinner than the Koral and maybe a little flimsier as well. The Gameness is a nice-looking gi and a good value. I like the rope tie of the pants which is easier than the Koral's to tie/untie and to trim. The fit of the pants is again baggy, but satisfactory for me. If you are on the bulkier side and you're looking for a good value or lightweight gi, this would be a suitable choice. I think I might go for one of the keikos on my next purchase, as these are supposed to have a sleeker cut.

5'7" 165 lbs- A2. Washed in cold water and dried on high heat for 2 cycles to shrink. Fits great now! Very light and strong weave, actually it's identical to the On The Mat midevil gi if you're looking for a comparison. For the price you can't get a better gi!
