Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Maybe I expected too much from this series but for me this was a poor instructional series. I mean you have Rorion Gracie himself (Redbelt) instructing and although its clear instruction there are some key points missed. I’m just a brown belt in BJJ but my instructor Carlos Machado is a technical mastermind. I like very detailed technique orientated instructors that help you find which variation of the technique would work best for you as an individual. That’s just me. A beginner may find these DVD’s helpful in understanding the basics of the moves but with all the material on the market today the Gracies just don’t deliver on this series. The only decent content on the series comes in the form of bonus materiel when Ryron and Rener Gracie demonstrate the moves in chain format. They should come out with a new updated DVD series of their own!!!!

As much as i like Rorion's detailed way of explaining things,this is a bit outdated and there is nothing advanced here.
