WARNING: From the outset, this DVD contains strong language and I would not recommend it be watched by anyone under the age of 15 years.

The DVD is well put together with clear footage and multiple camera angles, especially the top-down view which I found particularly helpful with some of the trapping sequences.

The content of the DVD is centered around a two person flow drill that provides a number of ways to explore defences to different strikes from a trapping/ clinch aspect.

Simonet references aspects of the arts that he uses in the flow and this can be helpful in relating concepts and associations with other arts that the viewer may have expereince in.

Simonet draws links to other DVD series that he has produced and whislt I have not seen them, I found it to be contextual and relevant to his explanation rather than just a cheap marketing exercise.

The from is well designed and Simonet digresses into counters and variations which expand the functionality of the form.

In summary, a well designed drill that can be learnt fairly easily that can provide numerous possibilites for exploring the trapping and clinch areas of the martial arts.
