I'm gonna give this an excellent rating because there's so much information packed into it, that its well worth the price, but to be honest I was hoping to get a Qigong video, pop it in, get up and do a sort of follow a long practice. This DVD isn't so much like that as more of a vocal instruction on all aspects of qigong. VERY in depth!
