I was fortunate enough to train with both authors of this video, so my review might be a little bit biased, but anyway...
It is actually much more informative than the title indicates, i.e. the work is moving into shorter ranges as well - medio and corto. Moreover, the authors have manged to put an impressive amount of material into the running time of the presentation. Now, while the movements are clear, you will not hear any commentary and instruction from the authors themselves during the work, but rather the overdubbed voice. The reason for this, I'd say, is that the video was shot a while back, when the company was doing it in order to expand the offer into several language areas in Europe.
Nevertheless, if you have some experience in FMA, there should be no problem in trying to get a grip of this material.
