Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

All I can say is that I just didn't like this DVD. It's not bad. It really isn't. You get pretty good instruction from some high level players, with some moves that I haven't seen before... but I just wasn't impressed. Maybe it's just that they included favorite moves instead of some logical progression to follow...i'm not totally sure what I didn't like about it, but it gets 2 stars (**=fair)

I thought that the DVD was excellent. The Paragon guys show techniques that range from basic to very advanced, and they include all of the small details to each technique which helps ensure that you can do the moves correctly. I think that it is a good instructional DVD that can improve anyone's game.
