Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. The translation felt a bit off....but then again...my command of the Japanese tounge is more or less non existant...

Othervise i found the DVD excellent! Simple and straightforward presentation of the different Kata.

I the sequal is just as good
