Yet again another great DVD. Mariano gives great drills to help work on your open guard speed and movement. He also takes it very slow in the DVD and shows a lot of phenominal techniques that are useful for the open guard and very easy to understand. If you don't buy many DVD's but are looking to get one on the open guard make sure this is the DVD to get.

what can i say....this dvd is really good i like the butterfly guard section the best ...i wish it showed x-guard though...the video shows you how to transition from one open guard control to another...and how to counter common closed guard passes.(i was happy to see that)some sweeps are not very "high percentage" but a all around good dvd....if you are not looking for a open guard dvd i recommend you buy it anyway just for the guard pass defense
