Thus, the expression literally means 'to pay attention to one's feet' and also implies reflection on one's conduct. So, I have practiced Aikido keeping this Zen expression in mind as a lesson. terrible. the intruction on foot work is very minimal. this is really more of an aikido demostration dvd. it offers very litle verbal explaination and doesnt at all focus on footwork.
