This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Despite the fact that the cover of this magazine/dvd with it's glossy finish looks alot more like tigerbeat than any grappling/bjj magazine I have ever seen from the US, UK or Brazil it is well worth the price.

The Eddie Bravo portion of the video alone is probably worth the price of admission. There are tons of tricks and techniques from Grapplers from Japan that will definitely help your game. Definitely a must for the serious enthusiast.
