The book is good but the big thing it's not in color and I bought wrestling for fighting book first and thought it was more effective then this. The thing is Mike is not a MMA competitor so how can he know what to expect really in the cage or ring.

good book but a dvd is almost always better in my opinion. would like to have seen mr swain do a dvd series instead. but the book is good. and fairly priced for what you get.
