Pure gold!!!!!

Janich provides a excellent course in unarmed defense against a knife attack. Very practical and straightforward. His methods will fit into any martial art.

Good material that works under pressure, would've scored a 5 star but he didn't show any resistance with his training or even mention it. The techniques do work when you pad up and try hard with a good success rate, just would've liked to see him show some sparring footage ala Dog Brothers to show the material works.
