Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. honestly I was pretty disappointed. although there are some good moves in the video, I was not impressed with the quality. And by the way, Royler Gracie isn't in the video.

Marc Laimon is the mad scientist of grappling analysis. That may explain his controversial behavior at tournaments....but I degress.

He has always done great works disecting and assembling live competition footage so that you can see moves done in real time over-and-over in a live match situation...hey, the key to learning from a tape is the set-up.

Techniqua are useless unless you know how to set up your opponent in motion. How many of us who buy DVDs have learned a ton of techniques but cannot pull it off in sparring or during a match?

Just buy it and apply it.
