Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. Occasionaly there are a few customers with older set top DVD players that cannot do a signal conversion. If you have any doubts about the ability of your DVD player to properly convert the signal, please referance your manufacturer's instruction manual. Because a computer is neither PAL nor NTSC, you should have no problem playing an NTSC or PAL DVD on your computer.

Every DVD that comes from Quest are the best. While they would really benifit from subtitles, they are packed with great photography and content. This is in Japanese, but just by watching it, it is better than all the other Capoeira dvds out there. The first time i've ever seen actual applications that can be used on the street. Every dvd shows the typical rodas...but this one really gives instructions. Very usefull...Quest rules!!!
