great dvd! karate has so much to offer outside the typical boxing/kickboxing/muay thai arsenal. this is an awesome dvd to help you add to the boxing/kickboxing/mauy thai you already know. i wouldnt recomend this for beginers though. its kinda hard to watch the techniques and read the subtitles.
