This is a solid set showing a ton of moves for the price. The instruction is decent, and in clear english.
I don't totally understand the move selection... some are basic, some are advanced. I prefer it when you just stick to one thing and try to do it very well. The production quality is nice overall, with nice transition screens that show the name of a move, and alberto performing the move from multiple angles at once. I do think it's bothersome to watch the very bright white and yellow background for a long time.

Solid dvd with a ton of technique with slow mo and alternate angles.Only reason ont a 5 star is the bright yellow mats that hurt the eyes and don't allow you to watch for long.
