Low profile is the way to go. way more comfortable than the other mouthguards that i have used.

My mouth is small and although Low Pro is the smallest of the mouthguards, it still protrudes my mouth. I am guessing it leaves me vulnerable to get a cut lip, but I can not confirm. The molding process is easy but I still managed to mess it up by going to fast. All in all, I would buy it again. I can see myself eventually biting through it in 3 months.

Brain Pad might make the best boil-and-bite out there. This is my second one. I have a pro-plus high performance that I use for stand up and MMA sparring. I bought this one for grappling training and competition because the other one is more protection than I need for jiu jitsu. I thought something low profile would be more comfortable, and this one fits the bill. Not the easiest mouthguard to fit, but the results are good. recommended for sure.
