I've used this type of mouthguard for the past few years, and my teeth have always felt safe wheter during hard sparring or actual full contact competition. I've been hit in the mouth full force without any damage to my teeth at all. Great design that allows you to breath comfortably even with your jaw clenched. This is the best boil-and-bite mouthguard available, in my opinion. Only thing better would probably be a custom made guard.

this mouthguard is great but the only thing to say about it is the spacer in the middle to connects it to a helmet that makes it look like its for football
