Where's Chuck Liddell? It's sort of like Tae Bo combined with Calisthenic. A little disappointing, but if you're looking to rev up your cardio and you enjoy Tae Bo type workouts, this is a great DVD.

I really wasn't expecting much when I got this as a gift, but it's actually a pretty good workout that will punish you if you aren't in good shape. Just don't expect Chuck to be in it other than a cameo in the start, as has been mentioned.

It's a great workout. I just like the ideas I got from it new workouts and what not. But it's will definatly smoke you. I'm in the army and used this workout and my sodliers and they were really feeling the next couples of days. I have to admit Mr Hackleman used Chuch Liddell's name to see this DVD becuase he's not in it at all except for the opening but it is well worth the price.
