Muay Thai Unleashed Book by Erich Krauss

Muay Thai is one of the most popular combat arts in the world. Thai boxers climb into the ring to do battle in nearly every country on the globe, entertaining millions with their lightning-fast kicks, fierce elbow strikes, and ruthless knees. But when it comes to awe-inspiring matches and masterful technique, there is no place on earth like Thailand.

In Muay Thai Unleashed, Erich Krauss, who has trained and fought in Thailand, reveals the closely guarded secrets the professionals don't want you to know. With the help of more than 300 photos, Krauss and several of Thailand's champion Thai boxers describe, step by step, the training regimens and unmatched fighting techniques of Thailand's Muay Thai elite.

Sick Sick Sick is all I can say. I haven't finished reading the whole thing yet. But so far it's given alot of insight for the whole stand up game. Although it's not in color I can confidently say this is one of the best muay thai books I have ever read. They don't have a bunch of history but enough to give you an idea of what it is like living in thailand. Alot of it will make you think your out of shape compared to what they do in the camps. Great Book

Very good book that covers all you need to know about the sport and fighting art of Muay Thai. It's well written and has a good amount of advice for practically every subject related to Muay Thai you might think of, such as equipment choices to fighting strategy, to tips for training in Thailand.
The only detractor I'd say is that the pictures only tell so much (even with good descriptions), and a complete beginner would have a hard time learning moves from scratch with just this book. Take it with some basic Muay Thai lessons, and it makes for a great complement to those.

Good book. I bought it and recommend it for both basic and advanced skill level practitioners

I found the book to be very informative about the different sorts of kicks. Also, I was amazed at the conditioning necessary to compete at the top level of Muay Thai. The clinch section was one of the best I've ever seen in a Thai book. That said, I think the combination and equipment section was a little lacking.

Great book on the subject, but if you want to learn Muay Thai without attending classes then purchase a DVD.

Nice book on Muay Thai, with quite a bit of space dedicated to clinch work and combos.

Nice Muay Thai book. Lots of tech. I think if you had to choose two books on muay thai you should buy Muay Thai a Living Legacy, And Muay Thai Unleashed!

Really good book. I especially like that they included some pictures on how to hold the pads. Something thats sorely missing in most texts.
