Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Most relatively new DVD players have the ability to convert signals from NTSC to PAL or vice versa. We sell NTSC and PAL DVDs to customers all over the world on a daily basis without much problem. This dvd explains clearly how our breathing can hinder or aid our movements. I learned a handful of things that are helpful to my everyday life. I find that now I am breathing better which helps me feel a lot better overall.

I dont have the book but I bought the DVD because I more or less wanted to see rather than hear. I will get the book. The DVD was simple and did not disappoint me in the least. What was great about it is as always with systema, the principles have been laid out and you can apply them to your fitness training or mental health which I found is great.
