good stuff, taught from experience. a great introduction to sambo/grappling. a few leg locks, arm locks, turnovers (breakdowns)..well explained and easy to follow

As you might expect,this books geared toward people who train Sambo, but one of the major assets of this book is the general tips for competition and "on mat etiquette" thats useful for any grappler. A great resource.
