Don Angier teaches the historical relevance of the Naginata before a lengthy demonstration into wonderful technique. Definitely worth seeing if you are a naginata practioner, or are generally interested in the Yanagi ryu. Also, the Naginata-ka in the green kimono puts on a very praise worthy performance of technique.
