Format:	DVD NTSCNTSC is the standard video format used in North America and parts of Asia. This DVD will play on any standard DVD player in North America or other country where NTSC is used. Dr. Yang's first PH DVD was better. On this one, he didn't complete the discussion of taiji's 8 energies which he began on the first disk. Instead, he went off on a tangent and did lesser known jins that are also not as common. Also, the disk shows a bit too much of students doing the moves rather than Yang doing them for my taste. No bad, just fair.
