Hideo Tokoro is the epitome of an exciting fighter. Someone who always goes for it, win or lose. This DVD shows many of his MMA matches and Grappling matches. Most of them were in ZST (which is a great fighting organization). Tokoro also talks about each fight and there are various interviews with other fighters throughout the DVD. I enjoyed this DVD so much I finished it in one sitting (it's about 4 hours). I know the price seems steep but it is well worth it to own the DVD for one of the most exciting fighters around. I hope he can get some more wins and eventually capture the Dream title or something similar. This man deserves to be supported for his "do or die" attitude which seems to be lost by most fighters these days.
