Not so much an instructional video as an analysis of the throws, though they do describe how to do them, briefly. It's a great video on the throwing techniques of Judo and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very fast paced, not too repetitive, action packed. Great vid!

For beginners to intermediates. Useful aid in recognizing all the throws of Judo. Video tape transfer to DVD. Picture is video tape quality. Has a chapter menu with all the throws for quick reference. You should also get the other DVD on Ne waza.

The only reason for the very good rating was the quality of the tape to dvd, some spots broke up- but still a very good to explain the techniques
